A Ramadan Bazaar Built on Community, Generosity & Remembrance

Dawat-e-Iftaar was created with a purpose much greater than an event.

It was established with a heartfelt mission: to bring our community together during the blessed month of Ramadan while providing complimentary Iftaar to our vendors and guests.

At the heart of Dawat-e-Iftaar is something deeply personal to our family.

My beloved father passed away during COVID on the 27th night of Ramadan. In his loving memory, Dawat-e-Iftaar became a way for our family to continue giving, serving, and creating opportunities for good deeds during the month that meant so much to him.

Every meal shared, every person welcomed, and every act of generosity during Dawat-e-Iftaar carries a deeper meaning for us. Our hope is that the blessings and rewards of these acts of kindness continue as Sadaqah Jariyah in his memory, Insha’Allah.

More Than a Ramadan Bazaar

Dawat-e-Iftaar brings together shopping, food, small businesses, families, and community under one roof while keeping the spirit of Ramadan at the center of the experience.

Our vendors are an important part of this mission. They come to showcase their businesses, connect with the community, and become part of an event where everyone gathers together at Iftaar.

When it is time to break the fast, complimentary Iftaar is provided to our participating vendors and guests, creating a beautiful moment where business and daily activity pause and the community comes together around one table.

An event of this size is never created by one person.

Behind Dawat-e-Iftaar is an incredible team of family members, friends, loved ones, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and community supporters who contribute their time, energy, ideas, and hard work.

From months of planning and vendor coordination to setup, hospitality, Iftaar preparation, logistics, and event-day operations, every detail requires teamwork.

After the love and support shown to our first Dawat-e-Iftaar, we are excited to return with Dawat-e-Iftaar Season 2 — bigger, more exciting, and with even more experiences for our community to enjoy.

Vendor and sponsor opportunities for Dawat-e-Iftaar Season 2 will open as we get closer to Ramadan.

Spaces will be limited, and registration details, vendor categories, sponsorship opportunities, and event announcements will be shared through our official channels.

Terms and conditions

You have already accepted these terms and conditions on the participation form

Booth Assignment Policy: Booth locations are assigned exclusively by Royale Events & Productions and are subject to change at the sole discretion of event management to accommodate operational requirements, venue logistics, or safety considerations.
Booths are non-transferable. Vendors may not assign, sublease, share, or exchange their booth space without prior written approval from Royale Events & Productions.
All displays, merchandise, signage, and promotional materials must remain within the boundaries of the assigned booth space. Unauthorized use or expansion beyond the designated booth area is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate corrective action, relocation, or closure of the booth without refund.
Setup Requirements: I understand that vendor setup will take place on 18th Feb 2027 Thursday Evening and/or 19th Feb 2027 Friday Afternoon, and that my booth must be fully set up no later than 1:00 PM on Friday. Further details will be provided upon approval.
During-Event Policy: I understand that no setup, rearranging, or breakdown may take place during event hours (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM), to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted guest experience.
Organizer Rights: I understand that Royale Events & Productions may approve, decline, or remove any vendor before or on the day of the event if needed to maintain event quality or compliance.
Refund Policy: I acknowledge that all vendor payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once my application is signed under any circumstances. Credit card and Zelle payments are non-refundable and non-reversible. By completing this transaction, the vendor agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes. Any such actions will be formally challenged and may result in disqualification from participation in this and future Royale Events & Productions events.
Booth Operation: I agree to keep my booth staffed, open, and operational for the entire duration of the event (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM) unless instructed otherwise by event management. NO BOOTH SHARING.
Professional Standards: I will conduct myself and my business professionally and will follow all venue rules, organizer guidelines, and safety requirements.
Product Category Compliance: I will only sell products/services that fall under my approved category and will request an approval from the Event organizer before offering anything outside that category.
End-of-Day Breakdown: I agree to remove all materials, products, and waste from my booth and complete cleanup by 3:00 AM after the event concludes.
Sales Disclaimer: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of sales, loss of profits, or any other financial or business losses incurred by the Vendor. Participation in the Event is at the Vendor’s choice and sole risk with respect to sales performance. The Vendor waives any and all claims against the Organizer relating to unsatisfactory sales, attendance, or event outcomes. No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or disputes shall be permitted on the basis of poor sales performance or unmet expectations. The Organizer’s obligations are strictly limited to event planning, coordination, and promotional activities, and shall not extend to guaranteeing Vendor success, sales foot traffic or profitability.
