Ladies Night Terms and conditions

You have already accepted these terms and conditions on the participation form

All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, unforeseen situations, or force majeure.
Chargeback, Payment Protection & No-Refund Clause
All payments made to Royale Events & Productions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, inability to attend, dissatisfaction with the event, or performance.
By completing payment, the event Participant expressly agrees not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with their credit card company, bank, or payment provider for any reason related to this Event.
In the event a chargeback or dispute is initiated: The Participant shall be considered in breach of attending the event
The Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the full amount due, including any additional fees, penalties, administrative costs, and legal expenses incurred.
The Participant agrees to be responsible for all chargeback fees and processing penalties imposed on the Organizer.
The Organizer will submit the invoice as evidence to dispute and reverse the chargeback claim.
The Participant acknowledges that payment confirms full understanding and acceptance of all event terms, conditions, and policies.
